Typeform Style Lead Quiz Setup Guide

Adding the Module to Your HubSpot Page

1. Open your HubSpot CMS (Landing Pages or Website Pages) and edit any page.
2. In the left sidebar, click the Add (+) tab.
3. Search for "Typeform Style Lead Quiz" (or "RevOps Maturity Diagnostic Quiz").
4. Drag and drop the module onto your page canvas.

Customizing Diagnostic Questions

Click on the module to open the editor sidebar. Under the Quiz Questions section:

• Add / Remove Questions: Click "+ Add" to add more questions or delete unwanted steps.
• Step Category / Tag: Enter the category label (e.g. Step 1 · Tool Integration).
• Question Title: Write your diagnostic or assessment question.
• Yes / No Labels & Keys: Customize option text (e.g. Yes / No, Agree / Disagree) and single-key shortcut hints (e.g. Y / N).

Setting Up Step 10: Lead Capture

Under the Step 10: Lead Capture Form group:

• Enable / Disable: Toggle lead capture on or off.
• Field Customization: Customize labels and placeholders for First Name, Last Name, Business Email, and Company Name.
• Submit Button: Customize the action button text (default: See My Score).

Automated 4-Tier Scoring Engine

The module automatically calculates the percentage score and criteria met out of total questions, dynamically assigning respondents to 4 stages:

Under Results Page & Tiers, you can customize each tier's badge label, stage name, description, and the bottom Consultation CTA Box button URL.

Design, Mesh Glow & Theme Switching

• Theme Mode: Choose between Dark Mode (default with glowing glassmorphism) or Light Mode.
• Theme Toggle Switcher: Enable/disable the on-screen round sun/moon mode switcher button.
• Background Options: Multi-Color Mesh Gradient, Solid Color with color pickers, or Transparent.
• Ambient Mesh Flare: Toggle ambient background glow flares on or off.
• Card Styling: Custom card border radius, container max width, and padding.
