By purchasing this Module from the HubSpot Asset Marketplace, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Module on HubSpot portals owned or managed directly by you or your clients.
You may customize the code of the Module to fit your website requirements. However, redistribution, resale, sub-licensing, or sharing of the Module code in its original or modified form with third parties is strictly prohibited.
The Module, including all source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL), layout configurations, and original design systems, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Decksnap. Your purchase grants you a usage license but does not transfer ownership rights.
The Module is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Decksnap be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Module.
We provide updates for compatibility with new HubSpot platform versions and bug fixes in accordance with HubSpot Marketplace guidelines. Active support is provided via email at the address listed on our support page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Module after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
