By purchasing, installing, or using the Dynamic Pricing Calculator & Quote Builder module from the HubSpot Asset Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these license terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Code License

GM Dev Studio retains all rights, titles, and interest in and to the source code of this module. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this module within your specific HubSpot portal.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to copy, redistribute, repackage, resell, lease, or sub-license this module or any modified derivative of its source files on any marketplace or hosting provider outside your licensed portal.

4. Limitation of Liability

GM Dev Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this custom module on HubSpot CMS platforms.
