1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using the WhatsApp Order Card HubSpot module ("Module"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Module.

2. License

Upon purchase from the HubSpot Marketplace, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this Module on your HubSpot portal(s). This license is for your own business use only.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense this Module
• You may not reverse-engineer or copy the Module for competing products
• You may customize the Module's settings for your own website

3. Module Functionality

The WhatsApp Order Card Module allows businesses to display product cards with a WhatsApp order button on their HubSpot-powered websites. The Module:

• Displays product images, names, prices, and descriptions
• Opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message when the order button is clicked
• Supports both grid and slider/carousel display modes
• Optionally tracks clicks via HubSpot behavioral events

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of this Module, you agree to:

• Enter a valid WhatsApp business number with the correct country code
• Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service
• Ensure your use of WhatsApp for business purposes is permitted in your region
• Not use this Module for spam, illegal products, or fraudulent purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. No Warranty

This Module is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Module will be error-free or uninterrupted. WhatsApp's availability is outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Module, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost orders, or business interruptions.

7. Support & Updates

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Module after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
