❓ The button is not opening WhatsApp — what do I do?
Go to the module's Content tab → check "Business WhatsApp number" field. Make sure you've entered your number with country code and no spaces, dashes, or + sign. Example for India: 919876543210
❓ How do I change the number of columns?
The number of columns is automatically equal to the number of products you add. Add 3 products → 3 columns. Add 4 products → 4 columns. On mobile it adjusts responsively to 1–2 columns automatically.
❓ Can I use Slider/Carousel mode?
Yes! Go to Styles tab → Layout → Display Mode → select Slider / Carousel. Use the arrow buttons to scroll through products.
❓ The styles I change in the Styles tab are not applying. Why?
Make sure you publish the page after making changes, or click "Preview" to see the changes in the editor. All style controls (card, button, fonts, colors) are fully functional.
❓ Can I customize the pre-filled WhatsApp message?
Yes! Each product has a "Pre-filled WhatsApp message" field. Use {{product_name}} and {{product_price}} placeholders — they'll be replaced automatically with the actual product values.
❓ Does this work on mobile and desktop?
Yes! On mobile the button opens the WhatsApp app directly. On desktop it opens WhatsApp Web. No extra configuration needed.
❓ Can I add more than 4 products?
Yes, you can add as many products as you want. We recommend using Slider mode if you have more than 4 products for a cleaner layout.
