3. How the Module Works

When a visitor clicks the "Order on WhatsApp" button, they are redirected to WhatsApp (wa.me) — a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. The message sent is pre-filled with the product name and price configured by the website owner. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs any data shared within their platform.

4. Optional HubSpot Click Tracking

If the module owner enables "HubSpot click tracking," this module fires a HubSpot behavioral event (pe_whatsapp_order_card_click) using the HubSpot JavaScript API already present on the page. This data is governed by HubSpot's Privacy Policy, not this module.

5. Website Owner Responsibility

The website owner who installs this module is responsible for:

• Disclosing to their visitors that clicking the button will redirect to WhatsApp
• Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) on their own website
• Any data handling within their HubSpot portal

6. Third-Party Services
