Terms of Service & License Agreement

Welcome to QuizFlow Pro. By purchasing, downloading, or using our module from the HubSpot Asset Marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuizFlow Pro on HubSpot website portals owned or managed by your business or organization according to the HubSpot Asset Marketplace Guidelines.
You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, extract, or share the source code files (`fields.json`, `module.js`, `module.css`, `module.html`) of QuizFlow Pro as a standalone asset outside your authorized HubSpot portals.
You are free to customize module settings, styles, and content using the HubSpot CMS visual editor. Modifying module source code directly is permitted for personal deployment, but customized versions remain subject to these terms.
QuizFlow Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure maximum compatibility across all standard HubSpot CMS templates, we are not liable for third-party CSS overrides or server-side disruptions caused by custom portal scripts.
