Usage Terms & License Conditions for Advanced Dynamic Footer Pro

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before installing, deploying, or utilizing the **Advanced Dynamic Footer Pro** HubSpot CMS module (the "Module") developed by GM Dev Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

1. License Grant

By purchasing the Module from the HubSpot Asset Marketplace, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Module on HubSpot portals associated with your purchase configuration.

Single Portal License: Restricts usage of the Module to one active HubSpot domain portal.
Multi-Portal License: Grants license access across the specified number of portals defined during marketplace checkouts.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Modification

All source code, stylesheets, templates, fields schemas, and graphic assets inside the Module remain the exclusive intellectual property of GM Dev Studio.

You are permitted to modify the template markup, JS files, and CSS styling of the Module directly inside your HubSpot Design Manager for optimization and page layout requirements on licensed portals.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, sub-licensing, or selling the original or modified source files of this Module to third parties outside of licensed portals.

3. Module Support Channels

We provide license support for bug fixes, HubSpot core update patches, and technical inquiries. Support is handled via the following channels:

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GM Dev Studio be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtime, theme conflicts, page validation errors, or CSS inheritance problems on active website domains.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms defined above. Upon termination, you must delete all instances of the Module from your HubSpot design manager folders immediately.
