Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data in connection with the purchase, deployment, and technical support of the **Advanced Dynamic Footer Pro** HubSpot module.

1. Role Definitions & Scope

• Data Controller: The licensee / customer who installs the module on their active HubSpot portal.
• Data Processor: GM Dev Studio, providing module updates and bug fixes support.

The module executes locally within the Controller's HubSpot portal. GM Dev Studio does not store, access, or process customer visitor database files, meaning no sub-processing of personal tracking logs takes place on our servers.

2. Support Access & Security Controls

In rare situations where you grant our support team temporary login access to your HubSpot portal to resolve custom CSS overrides or template validation issues:

1. We will process only the minimum amount of technical layout configuration data necessary to resolve the support ticket.
2. We will not export, duplicate, or store any contact databases, CRM records, or visitor lists outside of your HubSpot portal.
3. Access tokens and login privileges must be revoked by the Controller immediately after support tickets are closed.

3. Compliance Standards

We declare that we maintain appropriate security protocols and data hygiene practices to prevent data breaches during customer support communications.
